This site is constructed using (CSS) Cascading Style Sheets for visual layout.
Access keys
Access keys are keyboard shortcuts that replace the need to use a mouse for navigation. In Internet Explorer you can press Alt + an access key, in Firefox Alt+Shift+ an access key and in Apple Mac's the user can press Control + an access key. In some cases you will need to press Enter to active the link.

Font sizes
The font size can be changed on these pages to suite you. Each browser has the means to increase the font size by using keyboard shortcuts or by using the top menu. Also we have provided a system to increase the text size by clicking on the 'A A A' at the top right of the page.
Internet Explorer
Users can select View, then Text size from the main menu, or Ctrl + to increase or Ctrl - to decrease to font size.
Netscape
Users can select View, then Text zoom from the main menu.
Firefox
Users can use Ctrl Shift + to increase and Ctrl Shift - to decrease the font size.
Safari
Users can use Ctrl + to increase and Ctrl - to decrease the font size.

This website is built to XHTML 1.0 and CSS 1.0/2.0 standards.
